The overall condition for sturdiness is good for the intended purpose. For commercial use, this vessel does not have a generator or freshwater holding tank. The head is simple; however, there is plenty of room to add a sink and vanity.
The exterior hull and bottom is in good shape for an older vessel. Knocking around the hull was like hitting your hand against a tank. This hull will most likely be around for another century. Bottom was recently painted and no signs of paint peeling or delamination. Exterior cabin door and overhang on pilot house needs to be finished.
Deck hardware is all very solid. The owner stated the commercial hatches on the forward deck and cockpit are sought out by most captains.
